The Keepers of the Accord have declared the Restful Watch to be a terrorist organization based on recent attacks on New Cyre, after previously sanctioning their activities in the western parts of Khorvaire.

All former members of the Restful Watch who wish to distance themselves from the organization in good faith may do so at no cost to them. Any involvement in violent Restful Watch activities is punishable by arrest or dishonorable death without chance of resurrection.

The Accord Keepers also formally place a bounty on the leader of the Restful Watch, Dylan Faden, and offer 20,000 gold pieces for him dead. He is known to be quite dangerous, with powers that alter victims physically and mentally. He was last seen heading into the Mournlands from Kenrun after his army was defeated.
