THE COVENANT OF KHORVAIRE

Article I

The High Contracting Parties, in order to promote international co-operation and international Peace and Amity be observed and cultivated with Sincere demeanour, each Party shall endeavour to procure the Benefit, Honour, and Advantage of each other; thus on all sides we may see this Peace between the Signatories which are named in the Annex to this Covenant. This Peace can be sought between Parties

– by the acceptance of Obligations not to resort to future warfare,
– by the prescription of open, just, and honourable relations between nations,
– by agreeing to the Parts, Articles, and Clauses of this Treaty,
– by the maintenance of Justice and Scrupulous respect for all Treaty obligations in the dealing of organised people with one another and,
– by peace between Parties Allies and Adherents, Electors, and its Heirs, and Successors,

Concur with this Covenant of the Thronehold Nations, entertaining a good and faithful Neighbourhood.

Article II

Any fully self-governing State, Dominion, or Colony not named in the Annex may become a Nation of Thronehold if its admission is agreed to by two-thirds of Thronehold’s Assembly, provided that it shall give effective guarantees with Zeal to observe its obligations, and shall accept such regulations as prescribed by treaty herein.

Signatories shall present no Animosity or Detraction to all that has been committed herein. Withdrawal from this Covenant shall strip the withdrawing Nation of Recognition and Accords instilled herein.
