NBHK, I apologize for my lack of formality in recent missives, my mind has been elsewhere since the Talenta Plains. Rest assured that I am fully within my right mind again, although last night’s events might seem to call that into question.

I dreamed of the mission of my fellow Keepers. I do not know why, or how, but I observed, from Starlet’s perspective, how they escaped the island of the Red Sun. I saw Starlet engage in a duel with Jetstream and emerge victorious, though he handicapped himself. I saw T’ggar befriend the Ancient Silver Dragon Virkona by showing her her son’s face. I saw Starlet spend an entire 24 hours gently twirling in place. I saw Matilda drunkenly stumble to the beach and converse with a disguised Jetstream, only to awaken beside his sword in the morning.

It would seem that Jetstream is no longer our enemy, and his “mother” has joined us at Keeper headquarters to continue the search for him. One important piece of information that Starlet’s team learned was that Virkona is from Argonessen, and Jetstream was taken from her by House Cannith at a very young age. The team was unable to get the evidence to levy that accusation publicly, however. Since returning, Matilda has made the decision to replace her arm with Jetstream’s prosthetic in order to wield his blade. Though it seems a drastic decision, I believe it will help her to better serve the interests of the house.

I’ve heard that Abernathy is putting together a team to raid the Blade Desert in pursuit of the Red Sun and the weapons they built on that island. I will volunteer. Though I don’t know how I came to have this vision, I feel compelled to see the story I observed through to its end.
