A Concert to remember for many reasons

Objective: Rally a new generation of Gatekeepers to taking up the charge in their own way to keep the forces of Xoriat at bay and a new direction for the Finder’s Guild.

Outcome: Successful capture of multiple Closed Circle Member’s through VIP Lanyards, Impersonation of Zaehir to lay bare the actions of the closed circle to the population, the Elevation of the Leader of the Finder’s Guild tothe Gatekeepers, Unfortunately the concert was very successful at drawing most of the citizens of the Shadow Reaches to the Event when the plane of Xoriat split the sky.

Afte the successful quelling of Zaehir back into the company of the finder’s guild we were able to speak with him and spin the tale that he had already been seen publicly talking against the close circle through the impersonation abilities of T’gaar. We also confirmed that Draal Dhur wasn’t dead but was instead in the realm of Xoriat. With the borrowed appearance of Zaehir we headed back to the containment area to find a true believer of the cult to be able to Identify other members of the closed circle to give them VIP lanyards. It was discovered other closed circle members can sense each other especially if they have been branded. This will likely make infiltrating them difficult in the future. We secured all the entrances to the concert area and made a green room/containment area for the cult members complete with appetizers and refreshments.

We set to preparing for the concert and it went pretty well from the beginning, With the resolute help from the cult we identified nearly every cult member and gave them high priority access the the VIP area. Once the artist formerly known as Zaehir addressed them the rest of the guards came in and kept the cult members quelled during the following occurrences. Through song, speech, Zaehir’s confession, the call to become Gatekeepers, and a beacon of hope moved across the colosseum things were looking bright.

People began celebrating in their own ways and that was about the time the sky split open and became purple as the Maw of Xoriat opened to the realm of madness began to cause Chaos across the Arena with Orc Thanos himself, Draal Dhur emerging with a new Mindflayer Maw to match.
