Hold The Line WEEK 1

Objective: Stop the Incoming Incursion from Kennrun into New Cere. Then mount a Counter Offensive.

Outcome: After de-programming some warpstone tooth implanted adventurers we called them back along with about 100 Mercenaries to mount the defense of Kennrun. We first made sure there wasn’t anyone emitting signs of warp stone within the town as saboteurs and quickly sequestered them. We spread out our forces and began to move east. We managed to capture, deprogram and free a scout from control on day 2 or 3 three. We moved to where they were all supposed to meet. We led a dawn raid as they were already turned in the spawn forms utilizing surprise, a fire elemental, and more fire.

With the smoldering notes we were able to reposition and start some skirmishes to start picking off isolated squads of warpspawn. Day 5 we managed to successfully flank the larger contingency from both sides of the field and rout them with lessened losses. The secondary party was able to deprogram a second spy but the final spy went down fighting. Some of the smaller squads were overrun in the more maneuverable grasslands.

Day Seven was the final fighting before most of the invasion forces were quelled I believe we lost 30 to their night 100 plus on the field and an non calculable civilian target. With the Force held and watch set we then found a bandit store house that we turned into a staging area for the next task.
